Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory box, including all batteries, chargers, manuals, and tools to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  Ship to Cyrusher

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the item back to our designated service center for a detailed quality inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
