How long does shipping take for my Cyrusher order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order departs our warehouse.
Do Cyrusher e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Cyrusher electric bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, and battery to ensure you have a reliable riding experience.
What is your return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for e-bike returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Cyrusher e-bikes are shipped 90% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed assembly video to guide you through the process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible financing options like Klarna or Affirm to help you pay for your purchase over time.
Can I ride my Cyrusher e-bike in the rain?
Our bikes are rated IP65 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water, as it may damage the electrical components.
